SUPPORTING INFORMATION:
| Over the past several months, a committee appointed by Chairman Bryant has been working on a proposal for local legislation regarding certain hunting practices in Halifax County. The committee met on numerous occasions, including meetings with hunters and landowners. The result of those meetings is the attached proposal. Though not required, the Board indicated that it would like to have a public hearing on the proposed local legislation before deciding whether to ask the General Assembly to consider adoption.
